Due to the challenges around disability awareness and accessibility, many special-needs children in Fiji become burdens to their families and society. Through music we have been able to break down these barriers and reconnect children with their families and communities. Music reduces anxiety and the physical effects of stress, promotes self-expression, creates a positive atmosphere and improves communication skills.
Music is healing!
There are 17 schools for special education in Fiji. At the moment, Be Happy Music Club is providing music programs to 5 of these schools. As such, there are still 12 schools waiting for a music program. With $3,800 you can sponsor weekly music classes for a school for an entire year. Be part of the change!
